I have the Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and one day out of the blue my Windows key stopped working completely (neither the windows key nor windows key combinations like Win-L). I switched to a different computer (I have a KVM) and the windows key worked just fine.

WEBPosted January 28, 2012. Try this - with the button lit blue, press one of the 2 keys with the Windows logo on them (next to your Alt keys). Nothing should happen. Now, press the Windows lock button again so that it is not lit - and press one of those Windows keys again. This time, your Windows menu should pop up.

WEBJun 27, 2017 · Whenever i plug my keyboard in, the keyboard lights up but it does not work, and my computer does not read the usb. When the keyboard lights up, it changes between a variety of color phases but when i try to type or use any of the buttons, it does not work. The corsair CUE also does not read the keyboard.

WEBJan 28, 2015 · No, that's not possible. You can make the button switch mode and then press F9-F12, but you can't make them work while keeping FN pressed and then releasing it to go back to the previous mode. That's not possible with CUE right now, but several peoples have been asking for it. Let's hope they'll consider adding it in a future update.

I figured out what's causing the problem...When I'm running the Corsair Utility Engine, the tilde key does not work. When I close the software, it works every time. Corsair Employee.
