The Walt Disney Hometown Museum contains a unique collection of Disney family effects, not able to be viewed anywhere else in the world. Visitors to the museum are treated to interpretive exhibits focusing on the Disney family, Walt’s life in Marceline as well as friends and family who supported him in his creative adventures while growing up.

There's no admission to see the barn or Dreaming Tree, and no specified hours that we saw. The family that owns the farm welcomes visitors and is happy to have you--just keep in …

There's no admission to see the barn or Dreaming Tree, and no specified hours that we saw. The family that owns the farm welcomes visitors and is happy to have you--just keep in mind that they live in the Disney house on the property when choosing your hours to come. :) (The house is private and not open to visitors. They do welcome you to take pictures from the street though).

How long do you recommend spending in the museum?
A:
60-90 minutes. About half of that guided tour, other half on your own. Awesome museum of the young Walt!

They are closed during winter.
