Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday accused the Congress party of being a pioneer in the politics of vote banks and also an enemy of the poor. He further targeted the Congress over the announcement by its leader from Jharkhand to give free cylinders to Rohingyas and Bangladeshis by playing a game with the country to get votes.
