The Golden State Warriors' chances at taking a commanding 2-0 lead over the Houston Rockets in their first-round series took a significant hit in the first half of Wednesday's Game 2 when Jimmy Butler suffered an injury on a hard fall.

The Warriors also announced that guard Brandin Podziemski was questionable to return to the game due to an illness. Two starters exiting left head coach Steve Kerr digging deep in the Warriors' bench, with 12 different players logging minutes by the time Butler was ruled out.
