Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta offered employees of rival OpenAI signing bonuses of $100 million to switch companies, according to Open AI CEO Sam Altman.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said Meta Platforms offered signing bonuses as high as $100 million to poach the ChatGPT maker's staffers.

While Meta had sought to hire "a lot of people" from OpenAI, "so far none of our best people have decided to take them up on that," Sam Altman said.
