It was chaos on two wheels Wednesday as police say a group of about 200 riders took over city streets, weaving through traffic, running red lights and even riding against traffic.
The Tampa Police Department said the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Police said more than 200 people were part of this massive group on bikes, scooters, e-bikes and dirt bikes.
The deal between Benchmark and Vinik Sports Group, terms of which were not disclosed, includes $3 million in community contributions.
