The tragedy took place on Saturday night at Wembley Stadium and the fan's death was confirmed on Sunday by the Metropolitan Police. The band have extended their condolences to the family and friends of the person who fell to his death.

A man has died after falling at London’s Wembley Stadium during an Oasis concert on Saturday. Officers at the stadium responded to an incident at 10:19pm alongside medics at the venue and the London Ambulance Service after reports that someone had been injured.

"We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night," the band shared in a statement.
