The Kraft Heinz Co. entered into an agreement to sell some of its businesses in Italy to NewPrinces, an Italian-based conglomerate that operates across Europe.

Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ:KHC) has agreed to sell its infant and specialty food business in Italy to food and beverage company NewPrinces. The agreement will see NewPrinces purchase the infant food brands Plasmon,

Plasmon, Nipiol and Dieterba infant food; plus gluten-free brand Biaglut and low-protein products sold under the Aproten brand.
