It appears LSU has joined a growing list of prominent college football programs to not play a spring game amid concerns around tampering.

Aaron Anderson, Hilton and Zavion Thomas headline a strong core of receivers back for the Tigers and for Nussmeier to target. Anderson had a team-high 61 receptions last season for 884 yards with five touchdowns. All together, the trio hauled in 93 catches. Hilton only had nine of those grabs but finished the season in a flurry.

Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers continue working through Spring Camp in Baton Rouge with the new-look roster on full display across the first three days of practice. It's set to be an important stretch for Kelly's program with the unique blend of returning players and fresh faces looking to get acclimated to each others style of play.

Illini football looks to build off a historic season with a large chunk of talent back for another season. The team opens spring practices on Wednesday. Head coach Bret Bielema announced that defensive back Terrance Brooks and offensive lineman Magnus Moller are no longer with the team.
