Phil Foden rescued Manchester City with a last gasp winner as the Blues survived a huge scare to beat Leeds United 3-2. Foden had put the Blues ahead inside 60 seconds and when Josko Gvardiol added a second midway through the first half, the victory seemed inevitable.
Phil Foden opened the scoring inside the first minute with a close range volley and Josko Gvardiol prodded home the second from a corner. But Leeds stormed back after the break and by the halfway point of the second period, were level thanks to goals from Calvert-Lewin and Nmecha.
