Kate Hudson is opening up about how her husband and his brother stayed behind in the destructive Palisades fire to protect their house from the blazes.

Fujikawa is the former lead singer and guitarist for the L.A.–based folk rock band Chief, which he cofounded with his brother Michael Fujikawa. The group is now disbanded, but still remain friendly.
