At least 13 people have died and hundreds of thousands across the US are without power as a winter storm sweeps through the country.

Late Saturday night through early Sunday: Several hours of freezing rain and freezing drizzle, which could allow ice to accumulate on trees, power lines, bridges and untreated roads. Sunday: Precipitation may become more mixed, with sleet and cold rain, and possibly a few snowflakes mixed in at times.
