A United Arab Emirates investment firm has pledged $20 billion to build new data centers targeting AI across a number of locations across the United States.

Amazon's cloud computing division says that it plans to invest "at least" $11 billion in Georgia to expand its data center infrastructure.

Amazon.com said on Tuesday Amazon Web Services (AWS) plans to invest about $11 billion to expand its infrastructure in Georgia to support cloud computing and AI technologies.
