The Prime Video series' fourth season has been filming in Rittenhouse Square's Parc and Fairmount. Actor Alan Ritchson, best known for his role in the hit Prime Video series Reacher, was spotted on the streets of Rittenhouse Square on Monday morning.

Biden’s arrival was unwittingly captured by local photographer Hugh E. Dillon, who happened to be recording the “Reacher” crew filming a police chase at the time. He told CBS News it felt “bizarre” that “both things were happening at the same time.”
