12-year-old girl reported missing on Christmas Day found safe, Des Moines Police say
The Des Moines Police Department asked the public on Christmas afternoon for help finding a 12-year-old girl. Nora Rash was reported missing from 27th Street and Allison Avenue on the city's northwest side, Sgt. Paul Parizek said in a news release.
