The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 1:35 p.m. on Wednesday in effect until 4:45 p.m. for Bedford, Fulton and Huntingdon counties.

On Wednesday at 12:07 p.m. a flood watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from 2 p.m. until Thursday 1 a.m. for Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
