The Browns have agreed to a contract with Joe Flacco, the quarterback who led Cleveland to the playoffs in 2023.

Free-agent quarterback Joe Flacco is returning to the Cleveland Browns after spending the 2024 season with the Indianapolis Colts. Flacco's agents told ESPN's Adam Schefter their client has agreed to a one-year, $4 million deal with the Browns that can max out at $13 million.
