According to Shams Charania of ESPN, the Phoenix Suns and Kevin Durant are expected to work together on a trade this offseason. Durant, who was almost traded at the February trade deadline, will make $54.7 million next season in the final year of his contract.

"Phoenix is expected to engage in trade conversations involving Durant," ESPN's Shams Charania wrote. "Multiple teams will seriously pursue Durant, who finished another stellar season, and the franchise is expected to work with Durant and his business partner and Boardroom CEO Rich Kleiman on the next landing spot for the future Hall of Famer."

After firing their third coach in three years, the Suns' next -- and perhaps only -- move is trading the superstar whom owner Mat Ishbia acquired just hours after buying the team: Kevin Durant.
