Myles Garrett was held without a pressure in the Los Angeles Rams’ Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, and after the game the Defensive Player of the Year conceded that he was not 100%. Now we have a clearer understanding of why.
“This was the worst version of myself that I’ve put out there,” Garrett said. “I’ve got to be better. I’ve got to find a way to recover and get back to the player I know I can be and I’ve shown that I’ve been before.”
Myles Garrett recorded zero tackles and zero sacks in his Rams debut, citing a lingering knee injury during the season-opening loss to the 49ers.
