A federal judge says Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide must continue to be reimbursed for Medicaid funding

A federal judge in Boston has widened her block on the Trump administration’s ability to enforce a provision of President Donald Trump’s sweeping domestic policy law that would defund Planned Parenthood’s health care services.

The ruling temporarily blocks the Trump administration from withholding Medicaid funding for one year, a provision included in the One Big Beautiful Bill.
