A small medical plane with six occupants, including a child patient ad her mother, crashed near Roosevelt Mall in Northeast Philadelphia shortly after takeoff on Friday night.

Investigators have not been able to locate the aircraft's black box yet, which could provide clues into the cause of the crash.
