MITCHELL — The Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo Committee has announced its 2025 parade marshal and Hall of Fame inductees. The 2025 parade marshal is Dan Allen, a lifelong advocate for Mitchell who served on the Mitchell City Council for 20 years.
