Ukraine has claimed responsibility for a major long-range drone strike on an offshore oil platform in the Caspian Sea. This strike reportedly took place earlier in the week. The attack is described as part of an undisclosed mission.

Russian forces launched a drone attack on Odesa and the region overnight on October 12. Energy facilities were hit, buildings were damaged, and fires broke out, according to reports from Odesa Military Administration head Serhii Lysak and regional governor Oleh Kiper.
