NEW YORK — The NBA has rescheduled two games postponed due to catastrophic wildfires in Southern California, as well as a game postponed due to a winter storm in Atlanta.

Tuesday’s matchup between the Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Clippers was one of eight games rescheduled by the NBA due to the California wildfires. The Bulls were originally scheduled to play the Clippers at Intuit Dome on Tuesday night.

Only three games were postponed initially, but moving those matchups caused a domino effect that impacted six other contests.

The NBA adjusted six games on the Lakers' and Clippers' schedules to accommodate games postponed because of wildfires in Los Angeles County.

Nine NBA games involving nine teams have been rescheduled as a result of the three games postponed last week due to the L.A. wildfires and an Atlanta ice storm.
