(Reuters) -A South Korean court has issued a warrant for the arrest of former President Yoon Suk Yeol over his attempt to impose martial law, Yonhap news agency reported on Thursday.

South Korea's former President Yoon Suk Yeol appeared on Wednesday at a Seoul court, which is considering a special prosecutor's request to detain him as part of a probe into his botched bid to impose martial law.
