Police announced that a second person was arrested in connection with a shooting at a basketball court that resulted in the death of a Norfolk State University student.

The mother of 7-year-old Zoey Price broke down in tears Friday as she faced one of the teenagers accused of killing her daughter during an emotional bond hearing in Fulton County.

Prosecutors said Schnetzer, a husband and father of three, died from a gunshot wound to the head.
