A Kansas City man who shot at a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper during a high-speed pursuit has entered into a guilty plea.

Collins, 26, pleaded guilty to: Collins admitted he was involved in the crime spree between Jan. 5 and Jan. 8 2023. The armed robberies happened at the following businesses:
