The end of the Herd’s conference home stand means Marshall will spend the next two weeks on an extended Sun Belt Conference road trip, with road games at James Madison, Coastal Carolina, Georgia State and Georgia Southern scheduled between January 16-25.
The Herd’s non-conference schedule has long been known and Marshall will open the season on August 30 ‘Between the Hedges’ with a game at Georgia. Marshall will then host two FCS opponents — Missouri State on September 6 and Eastern Kentucky on September 13. Marshall wraps up non-conference action on September 20 at Middle Tennessee.
