Tennis pro Ben Shelton's girlfriend, soccer star Trinity Rodman, is set to launch a new line of signature footwear with long-time sponsor Adidas.
Rodman is currently 23 years old and is one of the highest-paid players in the NWSL. She signed a four-year contract with the Washington Spirit in 2022, which is worth around $1.1 million.
One way or the other, the league will set a precedent with Rodman. The NWSL has the power to choose what that looks like.
