Johnson was considered the best candidate in this coaching cycle, and he was hired sought after as the Bears fended off the Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars for his services. Johnson is known for his offensive prowess and leadership, and he's a perfect fit for Chicago.

Despite frequent links to the Raiders, Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson could still head to Chicago to coach the Bears.
