Demi Moore had quite the Halloween surprise for fans of The Substance. In celebration of her horror film becoming able to stream on MUBI, the actress decided to share four shocking behind-the-scenes photos from the set of her latest critically acclaimed movie.

In one of the pictures, Moore’s face is covered in blood, to the point where even part of her shirt is stained. In all of the photos, Moore has prosthetics on her face, head and body for her transformation into an elderly woman — saggy boobs and all.
