PHILADELPHIA — After getting his leg bent awkwardly by Rams safety Jaylen McCollough in third quarter, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts slowly got up with a noticeable limp. When the drive ended, Hurts limped off to the sidelines where he was evaluated by the Eagles’ medical staff.

The Philadelphia Eagles are locked in a tight contest with the Los Angeles Rams with a spot in the NFC Championship Game on the line. However, quarterback Jalen Hurts is in the blue medical tent at the moment after suffering an apparent leg injury on a sack in the third quarter.

The Eagles backup quarterback is Kenny Pickett. Tanner McKee is the emergency quarterback on Sunday afternoon. He can only enter the game if both Hurts and Pickett leave and do not return. Eagles fans were waiting for Verse after his declaration last week that "I hate Eagles fans."
