The economic activity in the US service sector expanded at an accelerating pace in October, with the ISM Services PMI rising to 56 from 54.9 in September. This reading came in above the market expectation of 53.8.

Canadian manufacturing activity increased at a faster pace in October as production and employment picked up in anticipation of rising orders, data showed on Friday.

The seasonally adjusted HSBC India Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index rose to 57.5 in October, up from 56.5 in the previous month

The pick-up in pace was largely due to an increase in sales, which supported further expansions in business activity, employment, purchasing activity and stocks. The seasonally adjusted Riyad Bank Saudi Arabia Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) rose for the third month in a row in October, rising to 56.9 from 56.3 in September.

Italian manufacturing activity contracted for a seventh month running in October and at a faster pace than the month before, a survey showed on Monday, amid persisting declines in output and new orders.

Kazakhstan saw sustained growth in the manufacturing sector in October, according to the monthly Kazakhstan Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), produced by a partnership of S&P Global and Freedom Holding.

The manufacturing PMI reading was also slightly higher than the flash PMI of 57.4, which was released last week.
