The offense finally arrived for Seton Hall basketball, but the defense has disappeared. The Pirates rallied from 13 points down to pull within two in the closing moments at Butler Wednesday, but fell 82-77 to a Bulldogs squad that had lost nine straight games.

In the end, The Hall couldn’t earn a second league win and fell at Hinkle Fieldhouse, 82-77, for their eighth loss in 10 games. The loss snapped a six-game winning streak for the Pirates (6-11, 1-5 Big East) against the Bulldogs, and also ended coach Shaheen Holloway’s perfect 6-0 record in Indianapolis.
