Vancouver's Filipino community is mourning after a man rammed his black Audi SUV into the crowd at a Filipino heritage festival, killing 11 people and injuring dozens.

Eleven people are dead after a man allegedly plowed his car into a crowd at a cultural festival in Vancouver, Canada. Reports say the victims range in age from 5 to 65. It happened at a Filipino festival around 8pm Saturday night.

"We're all shaken up knowing that the people around us may not be alive," said a Seattle man who was at the Vancouver festival with his family the night of the car ramming attack.
