Red Cross says no closing date has been set, but a new location is being sought near Altadena. The shelter housed as many as 1,140 people at its peak period during the Eaton fire.

A new lawsuit has been filed, accusing SoCal Edison's equipment of starting the Eaton Fire in Altadena and Pasadena. SoCal Edison is saying it's still too early to tell.
