Rapper Megan Thee Stallion sparked rumors that she was dating Dallas Mavericks star Klay Thompson with her Instagram post on Wednesday. A man who very much resembled Thompson could be seen in the background of a picture Stallion posted, and that sent social media into a frenzy.

Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson are officially an item! The Grammy-winning rapper is dating the Dallas Mavericks guard, a source confirmed to " Good Morning America " on Sunday. The confirmation comes after Thompson shared photos on Instagram Saturday featuring Megan, including one of the two kissing and another of them holding hands.

The 2011-12 Mavericks season produced Lamar “Lam Lam” Odom and Khloe Kardashian and Dallas-based cameos in Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Odom only averaged 6.6 points in 50 games, making Khloe’s sporadic American Airlines Center appearances rather Lame Lame.
