(Reuters) -British meal delivery company Deliveroo suspended its 100 million pound ($133.13 million) share buyback program on Monday, days after it said it had received a $3.6 billion buyout proposal from U.

Deliveroo said that “it would be minded to recommend such an offer” to its shareholders, assuming an offer is made on those terms.

Deliveroo said on Monday that it was suspending the £100m share buyback programme announced last month after receiving a 180p per share takeover proposal from US rival DoorDash.
