Judge rules against preliminary injunction for 23XI Racing, Front Row Motorsports vs. NASCAR
U.S. District Judge Frank D. Whitney ruled Friday against the preliminary injunction sought by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports. The injunction would have allowed both Cup organizations to have competed as either a charter or an open team in 2025 without losing their right to continue their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR.
