Windows were shattered and a fire broke out in a non-residential building in Shevchenkivskyi district, officials say.

Russia has attacked the Ukrainian capital with drones and missiles in the early morning, leaving at least three people dead.

Russian forces shot drones followed by a ballistic missile, Ukrainian authorities said. The rare attack on the capital also caused injuries and damage to infrastructure.
