SpaceX moves ahead on Starship pad at Cape Canaveral after OK
SpaceX has secured the green light to reshape a historic Florida launch site for its next-generation Starship system, a decision that could shift the center of gravity for heavy-lift launches to Cape Canaveral.
While the first Starship was a test run, the second version of SpaceX's rocket was always meant as a stepping stone for what would become the real thing.
