Many posts about how to log into prudential but my question is has anyone recently logged into Prudential and downloaded transactions.

I was able to download my transactions into Quicken from my Prudential 401k through a weird backdoor for about 2 years.

Quicken Upload for a Prudential Retirement 401k plan has stopped working, again. Up until Oct 2021 the pattern based on the Account, SubPlan, and last 4 SSN worked.

After a year of not being able to get my Prudential 401k transactions to download, I am now having a challenge with the number of shares exactly doubling, resulting in the account balance doubling.

Why does Quicken for Mac not work to connect with my Prudential 401K retirement account? This is a known problem but was not communicated before I bought into the subscription.

I download my 401k information automatically from Prudential, I have my contributions as part of a paycheck split but sometime in the last 2 or 3 updates my 401k balance is incorrect.

I have been having a similar issue with Prudential 401k/Empower since about July 21, 2023 and my account was taken over by Empower as well effective April 1, 2022.

Prudential say I'm doing everything correctly, but ever since my 401k got moved to Prudential at the beginning of the year, Quicken just chokes trying to add the new account.
