The Lewiston City Council has the power to help the city heal from the greatest tragedy in the history of Maine. They aren't doing so. Despite heartfelt pleas from concerned citizens last night, one councilor was staring at his laptop and another was scribbling in his notebook. The level of apathy was stunning.
