It’s interesting how a slight variation in an exercise can bias certain muscles and / or joint movements more than others… I love this example for a chin up vs pull up because forearm pain & tension is becoming more common amongst deskbound individuals. And a simple tweak in variation could help reduce overloading this area. Disclaimer - I am not saying never do pull ups, because at the end of the day, the more variations we explore
