From takeoff to recovery, take a ride aboard a NASA sounding rocket. 🚀 Two cameras aboard the Black Brant IX sounding rocket filmed the entire flight to suborbital space and back. This launch from White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico carried a copy of the Extreme Ultraviolet Variability Experiment, or EVE. Welcome to Wallops, U.S. AirForce Thunderbirds! Despite some low cloud coverage, the team was able to safely land their F-16 aircraft at Wallops in preparation for the upcoming OC Air Show.
