A new study shows just small changes in diet, exercise, and sleep, when combined, may extend a person’s life by a year. Researchers followed about 60-thousand people in the U-K for an average eight years. They found that adding an extra 5 minutes of sleep, 2 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise, and roughly half an extra serving of vegetables per day was linked to one additional year of life.
