Easy Chicken Soup 2 quarts water 4 chicken breasts, or small chicken 1 large onion 5 carrots, sliced ½ green pepper 4 sticks celery 2-3 chicken bouillon cubes Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup egg noodles Boil water, add chicken, vegetables, bouillon, and seasoning. Cook about 1 hour. Remove chicken from pot and remove meat from bones, discard any skin, return chicken meat to soup pot. Add noodles and let simmer another 20 minutes.
