Tuesday Tip: Forearm Balance Prep Start with dolphin to build shoulder and upper back strength. Walk your feet in and out from forearm plank to fire up your core. Add single-leg lifts and donkey kicks, aiming one heel toward your hip. Place a block between thumb and forefinger to train wrist alignment.
