A large-scale response was underway in Sacramento after a REACH Air Medical Services helicopter crashed onto Highway 50, shutting down eastbound traffic Monday night. Multiple crew members were taken to area hospitals, according to a statement from REACH Air Medical Services. There were no patients on board at the time, the company said.
